Caribbean Community (CARICOM) leaders ended a three-day summit in Barbados on Friday night, describing their deliberations as “very good and instructive”.
The leaders said they intend to hold talks at the highest level with the United States as Washington adopts new foreign and trade policies under Donald Trump.
