Chris’ dad joins him in this episode to drop some knowledge on making coconut oil as it’s done in the Caribbean. During his recent visit to Trinidad and Tobago Chris’ dad had some dried coconuts waiting to demo making coconut oil as it’s done traditionally.

This could also be considered organic coconut oil (making) as the coconut used are naturally grown on trees their back yard.
