For this coconut french toast you’ll need..

Bread

2 eggs

1 cup coconut milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

2 tablespoon brown sugar

1- 1 1/2 cups coconut milk

1 tablespoon butter

2 bananas

1 passion fruit

1/4 teaspoon ginger (powder)

pinch salt

2 tablespoon pure maple syrup

1 1/2 tablespoon butter + coconut oil
